What a gorgeous photo!!! And what beautiful assurance your simple and short entry provides. Hugs, A –
I’ve very recently quit a secure, well-paying job in order to start my own graphic design business. It’s both exciting and scary at the same time. Sometimes I’m very optimistic and think that this really has a chance of working. Other times, like today, I’m a nervous wreck and think I’ve made a terrible mistake. I know you don’t know me (although I feel like I know you – I read your site daily) but these few words have lifted my spirits on a day that my spirits were in dire need of lifting. For that, I thank you.
right on, sister!!
xox!
A,
You rock girl! I love this picture. So beautiful.
It’s amazing how easy this is to forget. It’s so nice to be reminded of this when I’m not thinking it at all.
Jenn
Those are just the words I needed to read right now. Thank you!
I agree with Kate’s comment below – this should be everyone’s mantra. And it seguays so nicely into your comments about praying and letting go…
as a consultant (events & life coaching) who is currently very worried about the future,
i think what a beautiful statement,
i will try to embrace it but it is rather scary.
very cool. And just what I needed to hear today! Thanks:)
Andrea,
Stunningly beautyful! My favourite colour!!
And your lines are just what I needed to hear today. I take it as the sign to go ahead with my plans as I want to and keep going into that direction. Just today I made the final decision and chased away the last doubts and fears I had. Your lines are confirming that I am on the right path. They are the sign I needed and had asked the universe for.
Amazing Andrea, awesome, beautiful, stunning – and just perfect.
xoxo
Thanks for the reminder. I needed to hear that. I just finished a very emotional journaling session about what I failure I feel like as a parent. I needed the encouragement!
So simply put…so true for us all.
Thanks for the lovely reminder today 🙂
I don’t believe you. 😉
I really love your floral shots. Where do you find all these beautiful flowers? Do you go to a botanical conservatory or something?
Thanks. I needed to hear that. 😉
wow, i needed to hear that too.
Thank You!
I guess I can’t say it any more eloquently than the others…THANK YOU
So It Is
So I Let It Be
Love,
Georgy
it’s amazing how something ‘simple’ like that is all we need to hear yet we dont know that until we actually hear [or read] it.
thank you.
wonderful photo.
thanks for the words too. I put them on my computer brower so I can be reminded that I am where I need to be. I can relax into the moment and trust it is as it should be.
Mikaelah
exactly! the hot pink is perfect, too.
Sigh. Oh my. That was _exactly_ what I needed. I have been really stressed out, but I had a gush of peace when this came up on my screen.
Are you sure about that because it’s hard to stay motivated!
~Sharon
Are we doing enough? there’s always more to be done, at least that’s the way it feels sometimes. Thanks for the thought.
just what i needed to hear today ~ thank you.
I had a profound moment of deja vu the other day. That sensation always comforts me…because I choose to believe that that familiar feeling is awarded to me as a reminder of just that: I’m right where I need to be.
gawd, I can’t tell you how relieved I was to see this when I checked your site today. just as I needed it most, perfect.
Thanks Andrea!
xo
the perfect quote to start my friday! I will write it down as my mantra for today..
thank you andrea for that little bit of sunshine today..
Thankyou.
A nice reminder… 🙂
i am going to artfully transfer your words onto a beautiful piece of paper, frame it and put it next to my bed. it will be the first thing i see when i wake up, and when i go to sleep.
if that’s okay with you of course. 🙂
thank you.
Absolutely Fabulous Andrea…exactly what I needed. Thank you.
My very favouite kind of shot… a lovely close up, blown out around the edges.
I sighed loudly when I saw the full picture.
Lovely stranger, you are a beautiful part of my life.
A very beautiful shot. And thank you for the encouragement! You are a sweetie.

I have to say, I found this quote about 15 minutes into my very first tentative journey into the “blogosphere,” and I inexplicably welled up and am now sitting, damp-kleenexed and teary, in front of my computer.
I don’t know you, don’t know anything about you (not yet, haven’t read much yet) but these three little lines are like the greatest possible blessing for a gotta-do-it-all-and-then-some kind of girl like me. I am really touched, way past touched into flattened, by reading this. I’m going to make a BIG printout of these lines and hang it in my studio, so i can see them all the time. Thank you!
